Re-design and renovation. This foyer was a left-over design from the 70's.  We removed some of the spindles, painted the trim, and added safety glass for an updated look.  You need to demonstrate to buyers how spaces will ultimately function.  Had this been a staging, this would have accomplished that.

Before, same house master suite with 70's wallpaper and floor tile around the tub. The ugly floor tile around the tub was replaced with wood trim giving a crisp, fresh look to the tub.

Before, the same outdated wallpaper and outdated vertical blinds as well as a raised floor area were severe negative issues.  After, built-in corner storage with a window seat created a lovely area for lounging or reading.  The multiple fabrics added interest to the setting.
